Short answer: Hostinger is cheaper in Egypt, on entry and on renewal both. And Flashcloud sells something Hostinger does not sell at any price: a human team that builds your website, a free domain for as long as you stay, and a prorated refund at any time. So this is not a comparison between cheap and expensive — it is between saving your money and saving your time.

The number that settles it
Look at the renewal-multiple row. That is the real difference between the two, and it appears in no advertisement.
The first-year price is a promotion at both companies. But when the promotion ends:
- Hostinger raises the bill to under double.
- Flashcloud raises it to more than triple.
The result is that Flashcloud's cheapest plan renews above what Hostinger's middle plan renews at. If you intend to stay two or three years, budget on the renewal price, not the entry price — the rule is explained in hosting renewal prices.
One point in Flashcloud's favour here: it states the renewal price on its own page before you buy, and does not climb it year after year. The number is high but it is visible and fixed — better than a low number that creeps at every renewal.
Why Hostinger is cheaper in Egypt specifically
Because it actually prices Egypt in Egyptian pounds rather than converting from dollars. Flashcloud's prices in our table are converted from USD at the exchange rate, so they move with the dollar — and they move against you.

Choose Hostinger if
You will build the site yourself. This is the first and biggest condition. The money you save is real, and the work you pay instead is yours.
You want a long upgrade ladder. Nine plans from shared up to KVM servers, so you grow inside one company without moving a site.
You are planning four years ahead. The 48-month term drops the price to EGP 39/mo — the cheapest point in our whole table.
Price matters to you more than time does. Which is true for most people starting out.
Choose Flashcloud if
You do not want to build the website. That is the whole point. A human team builds a site for you inside the subscription — not a template, not an AI generator. Put any reasonable value on your own hours and the gap in the bill gets small.
The domain matters to you long term. Hostinger's free domain covers the first year; Flashcloud's is free for as long as you stay. Domain renewal alone runs close to EGP 89/mo spread over a year.
You want an open exit. Hostinger's guarantee is thirty days; Flashcloud refunds prorated at any time — a year in, if you like.
You manage client sites. Grow gives you unlimited websites with SSH and WP-CLI at EGP 193/mo, which is nothing if you are billing a client for it.
What does not separate them

And neither has a data centre in Egypt or near it. You will not notice the latency difference between them; what your visitor notices is your own site's speed, not where the server sits.
