Flashcloud Servers: Six Options From a Small VPS to a Full Dedicated Box

Cover for the Flashcloud servers review

Three VPS and three dedicated servers at Flashcloud, from EGP 1,607 to EGP 16,071/mo. All DDR5 memory and NVMe storage — and we explain which upgrade earns its gap.

We put all six Flashcloud servers on one page, because they share everything but the numbers: DDR5 memory, NVMe storage, unmetered bandwidth, and a free domain for as long as you stay. Six separate reviews would have repeated themselves.

The one-line verdict: clean specs, smaller discounts than the shared plans, and the best value among them is Enhanced VPS — it roughly doubles everything for a reasonable step up.

The three VPS servers

ServerMonthlyCPUMemoryDisk
Essential VPSEGP 1,6072 cores4 GB DDR5100 GB NVMe
Enhanced VPSEGP 3,0614 cores8 GB DDR5180 GB NVMe
Elite VPSEGP 4,5404 cores12 GB DDR5260 GB NVMe

Their discount is 15% — far smaller than the shared plans', which is normal since server margins are thinner.

Where is the value? Between Essential and Enhanced: you pay about double and get double the cores, double the memory and a disk about 80% larger. Elite adds only memory and disk at the same core count — so it is for someone who knows their bottleneck is RAM, not CPU.

The three dedicated servers

ServerMonthlyCPUMemoryDisk
Essential DSEGP 8,9286 cores24 GB DDR5448 GB NVMe
Enhanced DSEGP 11,9898 cores32 GB DDR5512 GB NVMe
Elite DSEGP 16,07112 cores48 GB DDR5768 GB NVMe

Their discount is only 10%. And the real difference from VPS is not the numbers but that the server is yours alone — no neighbour competing for resources.

Every price on this page is read from our table the moment you open it, not typed into the text — so what you see here is what you see on the plan card.

A rule that applies to every plan here: the shown price covers the first term, and renewal after it is higher. Flashcloud states the renewal price on its page before you buy — a point in its favour, since many hide it until the second invoice.

When do you actually need a server?

That is the question to ask before the price. Most sites do not need one: good shared hosting is enough for a blog, a business site and a small store.

You need a server when:

  • You need root access to install something shared hosting will not allow.
  • Your resources are genuinely throttled — not because you expect it, but because you have seen it.
  • You manage client sites and want them isolated from each other.

If none of those is true, start from Grow at EGP 193 and keep the difference. Read what a VPS is if you are unsure.

The alternatives

Hostinger's servers are clearly cheaper — KVM 2 at EGP 429/mo gives 2 cores and 8 GB of RAM, matching Enhanced's memory at a fraction of its price. If your measure is resources per pound, this comparison does not favour Flashcloud.

What the gap buys you: the support, the anytime prorated refund, and the permanently free domain. Decide which matters to you.
