The entry price misleads. Namecheap is cheaper per month, but its term is 12 months against Hostinger's 48. You pay less today and reach the renewal price sooner.

The renewal price is the real price. You will stay with a plan for years, and most of those years are at renewal rates, not promo rates. Budget on that number.

The amount charged today is not the monthly price but price × months. That is what surprises people at checkout.
